Location & Parking.

We are located inside of Cachet Salon & Spa in Fort Worth's SOMA district. We have an on-site parking lot as well as free street parking & an overflow parking lot across the street from the salon. We are in walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, bars & boutiques to enjoy after your appointment! 

Payments.

We accept all major credit cards, contactless payments and cash. We do not accept checks/money orders/etc.

Late Policy.

We ask that you arrive for your appointment with plenty of time to find parking & make your way into the salon. We have a 15 minute grace period to allow for unforseen circumstances. Please let us know if you're going to be late for your appointment; if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your services may need to be altered/rescheduled depending on our schedule. You will be responsible for services booked in the event they need to be altered or rescheduled due to lateness. 

In turn, in the event we are running more than 30 minutes late or need to reschedule last minute a discount or treatment will be offered as a thank you for understanding. 

Cancellation/No Show Policy.

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule/alter your services. You will receive a text/email reminder 48 hours prior to your service to ensure plenty of time if changes need to be made. If you cancel an appointment or make adjustments to a service (ex: booked for color, but just want a haircut) or fail to make your appointment after the 24 hour mark, you will be responsible for all services booked. Failure to make your appointment without communication will result in a 100% charge of services booked.

One Week Tweak Policy.

In the event you didn't feel we hit the mark with your services discussed during our consultation, we're happy to make adjustments to your hair within a week of the service provided our schedules align. Any adjustments needed to be made need to be communicated within 5 business days of receiving your service. Adjustments need to be within the perameters of the consultation and do not include buyers remourse; we have the right to refuse an alteration or consider it a new service depending on the circumstances.

Returns.

We will happily return or exchange any lightly used products within 30 days of purchase (or at your next appointment if communicated). 
We do not refund services, but are happy to make any adjustments within the time frame described above if necessary.
